In most cases, journalists and bookstore owners are welcome to use any of the photos featured on this website for free, provided appropriate credit is given. For photo credits and high resolution (300 dpi) .jpg photo files suitable for publication, contact Kristin. Files of the book covers are available, too. You may also use any of this website's background information and quote from the essays and articles. However you may not reprint any of the essays or articles in their entirety without receiving written permission. 

Members of book groups, support groups, and newsletter writers are also generally welcome to use the photos and information on this site, provided appropriate credit is given. You may quote from the essays and articles, but you may not reprint them in their entirety without written permission. Contact Kristin for credit info and permissions.

For other uses you must obtain permission in advance and may be required to pay a rights fee. Send Kristin a detailed description of the intended use.
